Between 23:04 UTC on 8 October 2026 and 01:30 UTC on 9 October 2026, we observed an issue external to Airwallex impacting Alipay, Wechat Pay, PayMe and PIX in HK. The issue is resolved and all affected systems are restored to full functionality.
